Created by Prettiest Princess Games

Like the classic social party game Werewolf, but shittier.

Latest Updates from Our Project:

We Got the Money and More Updates
over 5 years ago – Tue, Oct 06, 2020 at 04:21:10 PM

Hey everyone, we got the money from KS so now it's just on us to keep working towards finalizing the exact language/art and work through the production details. Shocking no one, it isn't exactly the easiest thing to test a game for 15 people in the age of Covid. But things are trucking along as expected with no delays or anything.

--

I'm not planning to do scheduled updates for this campaign since it's not exactly complicated and when I have something worth sharing, I'll just share it. If you ever have questions or anything just send us a message or post a comment.

One big thing is that shortly after this I'm sending out the survey to collect info from everyone who pledged for a custom sketch. More info in there! If you regret not backing for one, hit me up and we can get you sorted on that.

FUCK YEAH!
over 5 years ago – Sun, Sep 20, 2020 at 10:42:00 AM

Thank you all so so much! This has been one of the brightest spots in an absolute dumpster fire of a year and your support means the world.

What’s next?

I’ve got some more drawing and editing to do to make sure everything is optimally shitty, then I’m prepping the files for printing. It should be pretty smooth sailing on all that since it’s not exactly a complicated process.

I’ll be sending out the official request and info for how to submit your stuff if you got a custom sketch sometime soon, but try to get together a couple reference photos and think about what you’d want as a defining visual element. (Do you like surfing? Play in a band? Live on Mars? That sort of thing.)

I’m so fucking stoked on this and am still in shock at how many of you think my silly idea is worth checking out and supporting.

Seriously, thank you so much!

Watch Harrison Literally Eat a Shitty Werewolf Card Covered in Hot Sauce
over 5 years ago – Wed, Sep 16, 2020 at 12:27:25 AM

Our friend Harrison does these wild hot sauce challenge kinda videos, so of course, he announced that if I sent him a card of himself, he'd cover it in hot sauce and eat it. This is literally the only "media kit" we sent out and it fucking delivered! If anyone else ever wants to cover the game, the bar is now very, very high.

Free Upgrade! -- Final 48 Hours!
over 5 years ago – Tue, Sep 15, 2020 at 07:15:20 PM

Free Packaging Upgrade!

Heyooo, I've decided to upgrade the packaging for everyone. Now instead of a paper coin envelope, we'll be putting them in cute little vinyl wallets. This should allow you to toss the game in your bag/pocket and not have it get as beat up. Since it's small, you can just carry it around with you everywhere and always be ready to shit things up wherever you go!

Here is a mockup of what it will look like (the cover image won't be hastily drawn by hand directly onto it, but rest assured, it will still be shitty)...

Upgraded packaging!

Big ups to our friends at Button Shy for really blazing the trail on wallet games. We both came up in the DIY punk scene (I remember when Button Shy just made buttons!) so we've always vibed on the weird indie projects. But Prettiest Princess/killjoy has always been too extra low budget for the fancy wallets. BUT with this project I'm so stoked on the success, I figure we can afford to make the game nicer for everyone. It's like a secret stretch goal that none of us knew about! LUXURIOUS!

FINAL 48!

We're in the final 48 hours of the project, so if you're just watching to see how it does, now's the time to jump up in this motherfucker with both feet! It would also be super cool if you shared the project around to friends and got them into the mix too. Maybe we can hit $10k and I'll do something extra fun/weird?
